Our company is owned by John Landry a licensed Architect and Builder, a neighbor and colleague from Northampton. Our diverse team at Route 9 Design & Build has over 30 years of combined experience in design and construction.
Our experience includes, new construction, the build of additions and renovations to residential, whole house remodels, decks, post & beam construction, small to med size commercial construction, restoration of historical buildings as well as local churches. In addition we can help provide energy efficient solutions in these changing times. Our firm specializes in cost effective and energy efficient design, including renovation and ground-up construction. We routinely install state-of-the-art energy conserving technologies in new construction and in historic buildings. These efforts save clients money on heating & cooling costs and they never compromise the look and feel of their homes, offices and or facilities.
